Give your audience an easy way to say thanks.
ChaiPoint makes supporting fun and easy. In a couple of taps, your fans send chai via M-Pesa and leave a message.
How it works
From fan to funding in three taps.
No contracts. No waiting weeks. Share a link, they confirm on their phone, you get paid.
02
Share your link
Drop it on TikTok, X, WhatsApp, or your newsletter. Your fans do the rest.
03
Get paid to your bank or till
STK Push on their phone. PIN. Money lands on the payout you set up — not in 30 days.
Designed for creators, not for businesses.
We don’t call them “customers” or transactions. They are your supporters.
You have 100% ownership of your supporters. We never email them.
You get to talk to a human for help, or if you just want advice to hit the ground running.
You get paid to the bank or till you set up. No more 30-day delays.
Keep 90%. First month is on us.
No monthly plans. No sales team. A page is free. Your first month you keep 100% of what fans send; after that, 90%.
Not a membership
Fans send one chai when they feel it. No subscriptions to sell, no locked tiers to manage.
M-Pesa in seconds
STK Push on their phone. PIN. Paid. Built for how Kenya already sends money.
No app to install
It’s a link. Works on any phone with M-Pesa — no cards, no Play Store, no fuss.
Being friendly converts
A cup, a note, a tap. We make it simple and warm for the people who already love your work.
Your privacy comes first
Receive support without sharing a till number or your home address. We do the heavy lifting.
Made in Nairobi
Chai, not coffee. M-Pesa, not cards. Built for Kenyan creators from the first line of code. Uganda, Tanzania, and Rwanda are coming soon.
